What is a CMCA?
A CMCA® (Certified Manager of Community Associations) has the knowledge and
expertise required to effectively manage Homeowner Associations, Condominiums
and Cooperatives. Through a comprehensive certification exam, rigorous professional
standards and continued training requirements, the CMCA® certification helps
ensure that the Manager has the knowledge, experience, and integrity to provide
the best possible service to your Association. Those authorized to use the CMCA® credential
have met rigorous standards and have agreed to principles of professionalism,
integrity, diligence and fairness when dealing with clients.

Integrity- CMCA®s commit to upholding the highest ethical standards. Certificants
must abide by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers’ (NBC-CAM)
